Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
