Swatch Group is recruiting two apprentices in Eschborn for a 2.5-year Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management apprenticeship starting 1 September 2027. The role rotates across marketing, e-commerce, inside sales, service centre, finance and retail, with opportunities to contribute to training and brand projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn about the company’s watch brands, including their designs and histories.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, help shape digital shopping experiences in e-commerce, and assist with product placement through inside sales.
- Help ensure watches are delivered safely and on time to customers through the service centre, and learn how the finance team uses figures to prepare informed decisions.
- Engage customers during placements in boutiques and stores.
- Contribute to the topics and content of training and brand projects.
- Participate in a two-day welcome onboarding event at the German headquarters in Eschborn at the start of the apprenticeship.
- Attend workshops on presentation, resilience and exam preparation, as well as English training alongside the apprenticeship.
Qualifications
- Good secondary school-leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss), general higher education entrance qualification, or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification.
- Enthusiasm for watches and jewellery is an advantage.
- Energy and motivation to contribute and grow as part of a team.
- Interest in a modern working environment focused on teamwork, modern technologies and personal development.
