Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive repair and maintenance services on watches across the Swatch Group portfolio
- Diagnose mechanical and quartz watch movements and identify defects or wear
- Conduct precision adjustments, replacements, and reassembly of watch components
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and warranty requirements throughout the repair process
- Communicate technical findings and repair timelines to customers or internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in watchmaking or equivalent professional certification
- Demonstrated expertise in watch movement repair and servicing
- Proficiency with specialized watchmaking tools and diagnostic equipment

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in watch repair and servicing, preferably within a luxury watch manufacturing or service environment.
Education
Apprenticeship or formal qualification in watchmaking (CAP Horlogerie or equivalent), or demonstrated equivalent professional competency through hands-on experience.
