Swatch Group seeks a skilled Watchmaker in Miami to assemble and maintain precision watch movements and components for global distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust watch movements with meticulous attention to precision and quality specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical and quartz watch mechanisms
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet rigorous horological standards
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows and resolve technical issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes and component specifications
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in watch assembly, repair, or horological craftsmanship
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools and specialized watchmaking equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz watch movements

Experience
