Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and regulate watch movements with precision and accuracy
- Perform quality control inspections on completed timepieces and components
- Maintain and calibrate watchmaking tools and equipment
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet production specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions

Vocational training or certification in horology or watchmaking (e.g., American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute certification or equivalent international qualification). High school diploma or equivalent required; technical college education in precision manufacturing preferred.
