Swatch Group seeks an experienced Watchmaker in Miami, FL to assemble, repair, and maintain precision timepieces across its portfolio of luxury watch brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair watch movements with precision and technical expertise
- Inspect and test completed timepieces to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, adjustments, and maintenance performed
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic watch complications
- Collaborate with quality control teams to uphold Swatch Group manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in watchmaking or horological repair
- Mastery of mechanical and/or electronic watch movement assembly
- Meticulous attention to detail and fine motor control
- Knowledge of watch components and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
Experience
Experience in watch assembly, repair, or maintenance within the horology industry; familiarity with Swatch Group brands or similar luxury watch manufacturers is preferred.
Education
Formal training in watchmaking or horology (apprenticeship, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience) required; additional technical certifications in watchmaking are advantageous.
