Swatch Group seeks Watch Repair Technician in Besançon, France for after-sales service center role repairing quartz and mechanical timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on quartz and mechanical watches in full compliance with brand-specific technical guidelines
- Execute case assembly (emboitage) procedures with precision
- Conduct quality control on all completed interventions
- Report any incidents or complications immediately to management
- Meet production timelines and productivity targets
- Maintain adherence to security and confidentiality protocols
- Provide technical support to the Diagnostics department and other technical workshops as required
Qualifications
- Minimum CAP (French certificate) in Horology or equivalent
- Demonstrated passion for watchmaking and horological mechanics
- Proven experience in watch repair, preferably in an after-sales service environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in execution
Skills
Experience
First successful professional experience in watchmaking and repair, ideally within an after-sales workshop setting.
Education
Minimum CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) in Horology.
