Swatch Group seeks a Warehouse Associate for its U.S. distribution center in Secaucus to pick, pack, verify, and prepare watch and jewelry products for shipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping operations. The role includes physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare inventory for final shipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory locations.
- Pick all products, including BOM items, for orders accurately and on time.
- Physically verify each pick by location, style, and quantity.
- Pack orders, which may require continuous heavy lifting.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as verification.
- Pick, pack, verify, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity goals.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
- Experience with luxury goods, watches, jewelry, eyewear, cosmetics, or similar products preferred.
- Knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills; experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
