Role & Responsibilities
- Manage secure receipt, storage and issuance of high-value watch inventory in the boutique vault; ensure compliance with company security protocols.
- Perform daily and periodic inventory reconciliations, maintain accurate stock records and prepare variance reports for management.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners, stores and the central distribution teams; oversee documentation and tracking.
- Provide back-office administrative support including data entry, processing of returns, warranty handling and archiving of transaction records.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, reconciling discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Liaise with store management, retail operations and security to optimise vault procedures and minimise operational risk.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in inventory control, back-office retail operations or logistics; experience with high-value goods or luxury watches preferred.
- Proven understanding of stock reconciliation, secure storage practices and audit support.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential records.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work within strict security and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with store teams, logistics partners and corporate departments; flexible with working hours when required.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years in inventory management, back-office retail operations or logistics; prior exposure to luxury retail, watches or jewellery inventory is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification; commercial, logistics or retail training preferred.
