Store Manager role at Swatch Group Les Boutiques, Vevey. Lead a luxury watch Shop-in-Shop boutique with team management and sales responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets whilst implementing corrective actions to exceed commercial objectives
- Manage key performance indicators and reconcile quantitative and qualitative results with group-set benchmarks
- Build and sustain a high-performing team culture through hands-on coaching, training, motivation, and career development of staff members
- Transform every customer interaction into an exemplary luxury experience through attentive, detailed consultancy and premium selling practices
- Represent and promote the portfolio brands locally, cultivating external relationships and actively acquiring and retaining clientele
- Maintain rigorous inventory control, oversee stock management, and ensure accurate and timely inventory audits
- Ensure the retail environment maintains impeccable presentation standards, including window display curation, cash handling procedures, and visual merchandising consistency
Qualifications
- Secondary education qualification such as CFC (Federal Diploma of Apprenticeship) in retail or an equivalent commercial qualification
- Proven experience in team management and/or commercial leadership of a retail boutique
- Experience in watchmaking and/or luxury sector is highly desirable

Proven experience in team management and commercial boutique operations, preferably within watchmaking, luxury retail, or a comparable multi-brand premium environment.
Education
Secondary education qualification such as CFC (Federal Diploma of Apprenticeship) in retail commerce or an equivalent commercial qualification.
