Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Shop‑in‑Shop at Manor Lausanne, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, conversion and average‑ticket targets through active selling and team coaching.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop a high‑performing retail team; create schedules, conduct performance reviews and set individual objectives.
  • Manage merchandising and visual presentation to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns within the Manor environment.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, deliveries and stock‑taking procedures to minimise shrinkage and ensure availability.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and collaborate with Manor and central Swatch Group teams on promotions and events.
  • Monitor KPIs and produce regular sales and operational reports; propose corrective actions to optimise performance.
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling, store security, health & safety and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ progressive retail management experience, preferably within watches, jewelry or luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading a frontline retail team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L metrics or store performance indicators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff.

Experience
