Swatch Group seeks a Store Manager (CDI) for its Puteaux boutique. Lead operations, sales, and team performance in this full-time retail management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily boutique operations and ensure adherence to Swatch brand standards
- Lead, train, and manage the retail team to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines
- Foster a customer-centric environment that reflects the brand's creative and dynamic personality
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation
- Drive boutique profitability through strategic pricing, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail store management within the luxury or fashion sector

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising and retail best practices
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably within the luxury watches, jewelry, or fashion sectors. Prior experience with multi-brand environments or international retail operations is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further qualification in retail management, business administration, or hospitality is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Puteaux, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
