Swatch Group seeks an experienced Store Manager in Melbourne to lead Swatch and Tissot retail operations and high-performing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-first culture and deliver unforgettable retail experiences that reflect brand values
  • Handle customer concerns with confidence, empathy and strategic problem-solving
  • Build and nurture customer relationships that foster brand loyalty
  • Recruit, onboard and train team members to set them up for success and long-term engagement
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Identify individual strengths, unlock potential and develop team members through coaching and mentorship
  • Analyse sales results and operational metrics to identify performance opportunities and implement improvements
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that authentically represent the Swatch and Tissot brands
  • Lead by example through exceptional service delivery and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Manage all reporting, administration and compliance requirements according to company standards
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and brand guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Execute inventory management and stocktake processes with precision and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or in a retail leadership capacity
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to engage, coach and inspire diverse teams
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and relationship-building capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail environments (preferred)
  • Passion for design, innovation and delivering memorable customer experiences (preferred)
  • Ability to create excitement, engagement and energy within a team and retail environment (preferred)
