Swatch Group seeks a Store Manager for Manor Lausanne Shop-in-Shop in Switzerland. Lead luxury watch retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations and ensure Shop-in-Shop runs efficiently and profitably
  • Lead, train, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation in accordance with brand standards
  • Drive sales targets and develop strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presents an immaculate luxury retail environment
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including clienteling and personalized service initiatives
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform merchandising and promotional decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, labor regulations, and brand guidelines
  • Prepare and analyze regular sales reports and performance metrics
  • Represent the Swatch Group brands with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable senior retail leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-brand or luxury retail environments
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering premium service
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale software
