Swatch Group seeks Store Manager for luxury watch Shop-in-Shop at Manor Lausanne. Lead team, manage operations, drive sales in multi-brand retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Shop-in-Shop boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation across all Swatch Group brands represented in the store
  • Direct and develop the boutique team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators, implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with Swatch Group standards, policies, and brand guidelines across the entire retail environment
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Manor store management and corporate partners to ensure seamless integration
  • Ensure the boutique reflects the premium positioning of Swatch Group brands through exemplary store maintenance and presentation

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful retail management in a luxury watch or jewelry environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate retail teams in a multi-brand setting
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of horology or luxury goods is preferred
  • Fluency in French and German; English is a significant advantage

Experience
