Role & Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and maintain inventory of spare parts and components needed for timepiece repairs
• Create and maintain inventory control processes, including reporting and monitoring systems
• Fulfill part orders for watchmakers and ensure accuracy of requests
• Conduct cycle counting and physical inventories of spare parts inventory
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and operational impact

Qualifications

• Extremely strong attention to detail, particularly with numerical accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Customer service orientation and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach to inventory management and process optimization

Skills

Experience

Spare parts or jewelry industry experience preferred; demonstrated experience with inventory management systems and procurement processes.
