Swatch Group seeks Spare Parts Fulfillment Administrator in Secaucus, NJ. Manage inventory, process orders, and coordinate logistics for watch components.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory levels and maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems
- Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment logistics for watch movements, components, and accessories
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
- Monitor stock levels and generate inventory reports to support procurement decisions
- Troubleshoot fulfillment discrepancies and resolve shipping or inventory errors
- Prepare shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international distribution
Qualifications
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
