The Shipping Material Handler prepares outbound shipments at the Swatch Group Distribution Center, picking, verifying, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders accurately and on schedule. The role supports inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while working safely and maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare outbound shipments accurately and on time within the Distribution Center.
- Pick, verify, pack, label, and ship customer orders according to company standards and service expectations.
- Help maintain operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction by processing shipments correctly and ensuring they are delivered on schedule.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in the cosmetics, sunglasses, jewelry, or watch industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience using warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or shipping software is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment.

Experience
