Swatch Group Services SA seeks a Senior Transportation Specialist in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland to lead logistics operations for its global watch-making portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage transportation operations and logistics coordination across Swatch Group entities
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with multiple business units and regional offices to ensure seamless goods movement
- Monitor transportation performance metrics and key performance indicators
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate transportation contracts
- Ensure compliance with international logistics and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in transportation management or logistics coordination
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations and transportation networks
- Strong knowledge of international logistics and regulatory compliance

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in transportation management, logistics, or supply chain operations, with demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex, multi-regional transportation networks. Prior experience supporting large, multinational organizations or managing operations across multiple business units is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
