Swatch Group Services seeks experienced Senior Team Leader for logistics operations in Bienne, Switzerland. Lead warehouse operations and ensure quality excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and logistics personnel in order preparation and fulfillment operations
- Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards before dispatch
- Optimize operational efficiency and adherence to delivery schedules
- Implement and maintain quality management protocols across the warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Swatch Group to coordinate logistics and customer service delivery
