Role & Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and design for SAP SD and MM processes, ensuring alignment with global order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration; propose pragmatic solutions that balance business needs and SAP best practices.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD/MM modules, coordinate integration points with FI/CO, WM, EWM and third-party systems where applicable.
• Drive and coordinate unit, integration and user acceptance testing; author test plans, test cases and perform defect triage.
• Support data migration activities including mapping, validation and reconciliation for master and transactional data.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers and technical teams during implementations, upgrades or rollouts (including S/4HANA migrations).
• Deliver training, prepare user documentation and provide second/third-level support to resolve post-go-live issues.
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings and change-control processes to ensure scope, timelines and quality are met.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable senior-level expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM (configuration, testing and support).
• Proven track record of participating in or leading full lifecycle SAP implementations or major upgrades (preferably including S/4HANA).
• Strong business process knowledge across order-to-cash, pricing, shipping and procure-to-pay operations in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and present to senior business partners.
• Formal tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related discipline preferred; SAP functional certification is an advantage.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD and MM modules, including involvement in one or more full lifecycle implementations, upgrades or global roll-outs. Experience in watchmaking, luxury retail, manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods is highly relevant.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent; SAP functional certification or post-graduate qualification in ERP systems preferred.
