Swatch Group — Toronto: Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst role supporting SAP FI/CO processes, configuration and finance–IT integration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design and configuration activities for SAP FI/CO modules to support global and local finance processes.
- Elicit requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for IT or external partners.
- Drive and coordinate unit, integration and user-acceptance testing; validate results and sign off deployment readiness.
- Support SAP change requests, incident resolution and production support for finance processes.
- Partner with global IT, project managers and third-party integrators on upgrades, migrations (e.g., S/4HANA readiness) and rollouts.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, process maps and training materials; deliver end-user training as required.
- Advise on finance process improvements, controls and month-end accounting flows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- SAP FI/CO certification or demonstrated hands-on expertise in SAP financial modules.
- Strong knowledge of core accounting and controlling processes (general ledger, AR/AP, asset accounting, cost center/internal orders).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and configuration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience working with SAP FI/CO; history of involvement in full-cycle implementations, upgrades or major configuration projects and hands-on production support.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field; professional certification in SAP FI/CO preferred.
