Swatch Group seeks Senior SAP Developer in Toronto to lead enterprise systems development and architecture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain SAP systems and modules across the Swatch Group enterprise
- Lead technical design and architecture for SAP-based solutions supporting watch manufacturing and distribution operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP configurations and customizations
- Oversee code reviews, testing protocols, and deployment processes to ensure system stability and data integrity
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior development team members
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, or related modules)
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in manufacturing or consumer goods environments
- Strong understanding of watch industry operations, supply chain logistics, or manufacturing workflows (preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering complex SAP implementations or upgrades
