Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture key client relationships within the Swatch Group portfolio
- Oversee financial account operations and ensure accuracy of records
- Liaise between clients and internal departments to resolve operational queries
- Monitor account performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular account reviews and financial reporting documentation
- Support the development and execution of account retention strategies

Experience
