Swatch Group Regional Sales Manager position in Singapore. Lead sales growth across Asia Pacific for the world's leading watchmaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned regional territories
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve ambitious performance targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Swatch Group's portfolio of 16 watch brands
- Build and maintain relationships with key distribution partners, retailers, and strategic accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer preferences to inform regional strategy
- Oversee pricing strategy, promotional calendars, and inventory management across the region
- Report on regional sales performance, market insights, and pipeline development to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven track record in regional or territory sales management within luxury goods, watches, or premium retail
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and multi-brand retail dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with retail and wholesale partners
- Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial acumen and results orientation
Skills
Experience
10+ years in sales management, with at least 5 years leading regional or territory-level sales operations. Preferred experience within luxury watches, jewelry, or selective retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
