Swatch Group seeks Sales Coordinator in Alcobendas, Madrid. Support luxury watch sales operations across premium brands including Omega, Longines, and Breguet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders and coordinate fulfillment processes with inventory and logistics teams
- Support multi-brand boutique operations (Tourbillon and Hour Passion) with administrative and scheduling coordination
- Maintain accurate client databases and CRM records to facilitate clienteling initiatives
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and documentation for client review
- Liaise between retail locations, regional management, and headquarters to ensure operational continuity
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior sales personnel
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems and database management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Knowledge of retail operations or B2B sales processes preferred

Experience
2–3 years of experience in a sales support, retail coordination, or administrative role, preferably within luxury goods or watchmaking sectors.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
