Swatch Group in Alcobendas, Spain is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support boutique operations, inventory and sales reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations between corporate, wholesale partners and boutique teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising, replenishment and promotional activities.
- Process and track retail orders, deliveries and inventory movements; liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve supply discrepancies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, KPI dashboards and ad hoc analyses for regional management to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Act as first-line support for boutique inquiries and client escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and an elevated client experience.
- Organize and support in-store events, product launches and trainings in collaboration with marketing and brand teams.
- Maintain accurate clienteling records and assist boutiques with CRM data hygiene and targeted outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail support, sales coordination or operations within luxury goods—ideally watches or jewellery.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience producing sales and inventory reports.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple boutiques.
- Professional communication skills and experience liaising with cross-functional stakeholders (logistics, marketing, finance).
- Legal right to work in Spain and availability to be based in Alcobendas / attend regional boutiques as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in retail operations, sales support or coordination roles, preferably within luxury fashion, jewellery or watch brands; hands-on experience supporting multi-site boutique networks is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent vocational experience in luxury retail; professional certifications in retail management are a plus.
