Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by narrating product histories, conveying brand creativity, and inspiring client enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each client with kindness, professionalism, and elegance
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash register management
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation
- Receive, inspect, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Participate in after-sales service and perform basic watch repairs
- Maintain the boutique's impeccable presentation through stocking, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Commercial training or equivalent background with proven retail sales experience
- Demonstrated interest in horology, fine jewelry, and the luxury sector
- Strong product knowledge and sector expertise
- Excellent personal presentation and refined verbal expression
- Natural ease in client-facing interactions
