Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate for Swatch Store Utrecht, Netherlands – part-time retail position in luxury watch retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to deliver memorable shopping experiences
- Drive sales through consultative selling and recommendation of Swatch collections to diverse clientele
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure visual merchandise displays reflect brand positioning
- Process transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems with proficiency
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs through proactive customer engagement
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or branded environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch and English
