Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch brand universe by communicating product stories and design philosophy to inspire customer enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each customer with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage cash register operations
- Independently manage store opening and closing procedures including cash handling
- Receive, inspect, and merchandise product inventory with attention to visual presentation
- Provide after-sales service and execute minor repair work
- Maintain store standards through regular cleaning, organization, and product restocking
Qualifications
- Commercial or retail-focused educational background
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing environment
- Genuine interest in horology, jewelry, and the luxury sector
- Excellent personal presentation and refined verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with diverse clientele

Experience
