Swatch Group seeks a Sales Associate (temporary replacement) for its Puerto Banús boutique in Marbella, Spain. Luxury retail sales role with client-facing responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and tourist clientele at the Puerto Banús boutique.
- Actively drive sales and conversion by presenting product features, benefits and heritage across the Group’s watch and jewellery portfolio.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, fitting and presentation of merchandise.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, issue receipts and handle cash in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage clienteling activities and basic after‑sales support (returns, warranty guidance, referrals to service).
- Support opening/closing routines and perform general store administration during the temporary assignment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewelry or premium luxury goods.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and advise discerning clients.
- Comfortable with cash handling, POS operation and basic store administration.
- Professional appearance, impeccable presentation and adherence to brand standards.
- Flexibility to work retail shifts, weekends and peak tourist periods to cover a temporary absence.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail sales experience, ideally in luxury watches, jewellery or a related premium goods environment. Experience serving international and high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal retail or sales training is an advantage.

This position is based in Marbella, Málaga, Spain, within easy reach of Málaga.
