Swatch Group seeks an energetic and passionate Sales Associate to represent the iconic Swatch brand at the Strasbourg boutique. The role offers a unique opportunity to share the Swatch universe with customers, communicating product stories and brand creativity whilst delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include welcoming and advising clients, executing point-of-sale transactions, managing store operations, and maintaining merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by narrating product stories and transmitting brand creativity to inspire customer enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each client with attentiveness, professionalism, and elegance
- Execute sales transactions and cash register operations
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, independently
- Receive, inspect, and merchandise incoming products
- Participate in after-sales service and perform basic repairs
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment through merchandising, organization, and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Commercial training or equivalent background
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales role
- Marked interest in watchmaking, jewelry, and luxury retail
- Product sensitivity and solid knowledge of the sector
- Excellent presentation and polished verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal ease and rapport-building ability
Skills
Experience
First successful experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail, watchmaking, or jewelry sectors.
Education
Commercial or retail training; secondary education minimum.
