Swatch Group seeks a Sales Associate (contract) for a 35h CDD in Paris (01.07–31.08.2026). Seasonal retail role at Swatch in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-quality customer service and personalised selling assistance to achieve boutique sales targets.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge of Swatch collections and articulate brand values to clients.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising comply with brand standards; participate in stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Support receiving, unpacking and inventory tasks; maintain accurate product records and report stock discrepancies.
  • Contribute to after-sales service and client follow-up to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve KPIs during the seasonal period and assist with ad hoc operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing sales aptitude with a commercial mindset; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and a polished appearance consistent with a luxury boutique environment.
  • Numerical accuracy and basic cash-handling competency.
  • Ability to work a fixed seasonal schedule (01.07.2026–31.08.2026) and remain flexible on weekend/evening shifts as required.
  • Legal right to work in France and availability for the full contract period.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of retail or customer-facing sales experience; experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
