Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate for luxury Breguet–Blancpain boutique in Salzburg. Premium timepiece sales role with EUR 3,500+ monthly salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and after-sales service to clientele across Breguet and Blancpain timepiece collections
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and customer enquiry management
- Merchandise products according to brand display guidelines and boutique aesthetic standards
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, stock rotation, and warehouse organisation
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and store-wide promotional activities
- Preserve boutique presentation and cleanliness standards
- Support customer relationship development through engagement and follow-up
Qualifications
- Multiple years of professional experience in luxury retail or equivalent sector
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales techniques and service excellence
- Strong interpersonal communication and approachable demeanor
- Genuine passion for high-end horological products and craftsmanship
- Reliable, methodical work approach
