Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional consultations and comprehensive client care for high-net-worth clientele
- Ensure exemplary in-store experience and after-sales service
- Execute active sales of the prestigious timepiece collection
- Present products in accordance with established merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Process point-of-sale transactions and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and warehouse organization
- Participate in stock takes and seasonal store initiatives
- Contribute to the upkeep and presentation of the boutique
- Support boutique operations during peak trading periods and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Multiple years of professional retail or luxury sector experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and established sales techniques
- Strong communication skills with personable demeanor and collaborative spirit
- Genuine enthusiasm for luxury timepieces and fine watchmaking
- Reliable, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and high-traffic periods
- Proficient German and English language skills (additional languages advantageous)
