Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate for Hour Passion luxury watch boutique in Roermond, Netherlands. Part-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product guidance and personalized styling recommendations to clientele across the luxury watch and jewelry collections
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness throughout the sales floor
- Build client relationships and manage customer inquiries with professional attentiveness
- Support inventory management and stock rotation processes as directed
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or upscale environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
- Professional presentation and personal grooming standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments is preferred.
