Swatch Group Netherlands seeks a full-time Sales Associate for Hour Passion in Roermond — boutique retail role in Roermond, Netherlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary face-to-face client service, proactively engaging visitors to drive conversion and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise across the Swatch Group brand portfolio and advise clients on features, fit and after-sales servicing.
- Manage sales transactions and cash handling accurately using the store point-of-sale system; reconcile tills and prepare daily reports.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock presentation, replenishment and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, and participate in promotions, events and clienteling activities.
- Undertake product and brand training; liaise with after-sales and service teams to coordinate repairs and warranties.
Qualifications
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Demonstrable retail sales capability; prior experience selling watches, jewellery or other luxury goods is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills; confident handling of commercial conversations and objections.
- Reliability with flexible availability to cover retail hours, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Basic numeracy and experience with point-of-sale transactions; attention to detail for cash and stock management.

Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience; experience within luxury retail or horology is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification (e.g., MBO level or equivalent) preferred.
