Swatch Group — Sales Associate (CDD 35H, 02.05–31.05.2026) in Rennes. Temporary retail role selling Swatch watches and delivering customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales through active client engagement, needs analysis and product demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of Swatch collections, materials and brand storytelling to advise clients and close transactions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately and complete daily sales administration.
- Manage merchandise presentation and visual standards: stock replenishment, window and on-floor displays, and housekeeping of the sales area.
- Receive, organise and reconcile deliveries, carry out stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support store opening/closing procedures and collaborate with colleagues to meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs and promotional targets.
Qualifications
- Available and committed to the fixed-term contract dates (02.05.2026–31.05.2026) and able to work a 35-hour schedule including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the contract.
- Strong client-facing skills with a collaborative attitude and high personal standards of presentation and professionalism.
- Comfortable with cash handling, basic numeracy and retail procedures; prior experience with POS systems.
- Previous experience in watches, jewelry or luxury retail is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Experience
Preferably at least one year of retail sales experience; candidates with prior exposure to watches, jewelry or luxury brands will be prioritised. Demonstrable experience meeting sales targets and operating POS systems is expected.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
