Swatch is seeking an energetic, welcoming Sales Associate for its La Défense boutique to represent the brand, deliver memorable customer experiences and contribute to sales targets. Responsibilities include sales, payments, store operations, merchandising, after-sales service and simple repairs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate the Swatch universe by sharing product stories, conveying the brand’s creativity and engaging customers.
- Welcome and advise each customer with warmth, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through tidying, cleaning and replenishing shelves.
- Contribute to revenue growth and the achievement of boutique objectives.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and interpersonal ease.
- Required English level: B2 minimum, with the ability to interact confidently with international customers.
- Additional languages are an asset.
