Swatch Group seeks Sales Associate for Puteaux, Paris store. Full-time CDI role promoting iconic watch brand with focus on design and innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Provide expert guidance to customers on watch features, design heritage, and styling options
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation reflects brand identity
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
- Process transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems
- Participate in stock management and inventory accuracy
- Uphold brand standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally in luxury goods or watchmaking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for design, fashion, and contemporary culture
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Professional presentation and customer service orientation

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury goods, fashion, or watches.
Education
