The Sales Associate embodies Swatch’s creative spirit, delivers memorable customer experiences and contributes to boutique sales targets. Responsibilities span sales, cash handling, store opening and closing, product reception and merchandising, after-sales service, simple repairs and boutique upkeep. This is a fixed-term contract from 1 December to 31 December, at 35 hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying its creativity and inspiring customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with warmth, professionalism and elegance.
- Make sales and process transactions.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement visual merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through organization, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial or sales-related training and a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent personal presentation, polished verbal communication and interpersonal ease.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to communicate comfortably with international customers.
- Additional languages are an asset.
