Swatch Group, Paris: Sales Associate for a one-month fixed-term contract at the flagship Champs-Élysées boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, present Swatch collections, and facilitate purchase decisions
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support team operations and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop knowledge of brand identity, watch mechanics, and design philosophy
Qualifications
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate product features and brand heritage to diverse clientele
- Cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Professional demeanor and presentation standards
