Swatch Group hiring Sales Associate (contract, 35h) in Nice, France — fixed‑term May 2–31, 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary front‑of‑house customer service: welcome clients, assess needs and deliver personalised product advice.
  • Drive sales and conversion through active selling, upselling and cross‑selling of watches and accessories to meet store targets.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
  • Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and store cleanliness.
  • Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation.
  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and participation in promotions or events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing skills with a professional, service‑oriented manner.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work a 35‑hour week including weekends and evenings as required during the fixed contract.
  • Numerical accuracy and integrity for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Ability to follow brand visual and operational standards precisely.
  • Previous experience in retail sales; experience in watches, jewellery or luxury goods is an advantage.
