Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service: greet clients, assess needs and present relevant watch and accessory collections.
  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consultative selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges; handle cash and card payments.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish sales floor and support inventory accuracy.
  • Provide product knowledge and after-sales support, including basic watch handling and care advice.
  • Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth shift handovers, store cleanliness and compliance with corporate procedures.

Qualifications

  • Available for a fixed-term contract from 2 May 2026 to 31 May 2026; able to work a 35-hour weekly schedule.
  • Proven retail experience, ideally within watches, jewelry or fashion (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Reliable, punctual and capable of working weekends or peak trading hours as required.
  • Legal right to work in France.

Experience
