Swatch seeks Sales Associate (part-time, 21 hrs/week) in Nantes. Join a leading watchmaker's retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice to customers
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate Swatch collections
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Build customer relationships and contribute to a positive in-store experience
- Support inventory management and stock organization activities
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly within a part-time schedule
- Passion for watches, design, or luxury goods
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Skills
Experience
Previous retail or hospitality customer service experience preferred; direct watch or luxury goods retail experience a plus.
Education
