Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and sales guidance across Swatch's watch and jewelry collections
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying preferences and advising on seasonal and new product launches
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
- Contribute to sales targets and store performance metrics while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches or fashion retail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate product value and connect with diverse clientele
- Strong numeracy and cash handling experience
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages an advantage
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury goods, watches, or fashion retail.
Education
Baccalauréat or equivalent secondary education; retail certification or luxury retail training is a plus.
