Swatch seeks a Sales Associate in Lille, France. Full-time retail position promoting watches and accessories in a creative, innovative environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and product recommendations across Swatch's diverse watch and accessory range
- Drive sales performance and meet commercial objectives within an assigned territory or boutique
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in product training and brand knowledge development sessions
- Contribute to a positive retail environment that reflects Swatch's innovative and creative positioning
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or fashion environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage diverse clientele and translate their needs into product solutions
- Enthusiasm for watches, design, and contemporary lifestyle brands
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or fashion retail.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; retail or commercial certification preferred but not required.
