Sales Associate role at Swatch boutique in Parly 2, Le Chesnay, France. Full-time CDI position focusing on customer experience and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by conveying product heritage, communicating brand creativity, and inspiring customer enthusiasm
- Welcome and advise each customer with attentiveness, professionalism, and elegance
- Execute sales transactions and cash reconciliation
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and cash handling independently
- Receive, inspect, and control incoming merchandise and execute visual merchandising
- Provide basic after-sales service and perform simple repairs
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation to the highest standards
Qualifications
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrable first successful experience in sales
- Strong interest in horology, jewellery, and/or luxury sectors
- Product sensitivity and solid sector knowledge
- Excellent presentation and refined verbal expression
- Natural interpersonal ease and professional communication skills
