Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and drive sales conversion in a luxury boutique environment.
- Present and demonstrate Tissot timepieces with authoritative product knowledge of movements, materials and aftercare.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and perform accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique standards, including window displays, stock presentation and housekeeping.
- Receive, inspect and maintain inventory; assist with stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store meetings, product training and promotional activities during the contract period.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or premium/luxury apparel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong numerical literacy and experience operating POS systems and handling transactions securely.
- Professional appearance and ability to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Availability for the full fixed-term period (1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026) and flexibility for weekend and peak-hour shifts.

Typically 1+ year of direct sales experience in luxury or premium retail; experience with watches or jewellery is strongly preferred and demonstrable achievement of sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is a plus.
