Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with proactive client engagement and personalised product advice on watches and related accessories.
- Meet individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS), process transactions, manage cash and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain premium store presentation and visual merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines.
- Receive, unpack and manage stock; perform inventory checks and support replenishment.
- Support after-sales service and warranty processes, including returns and exchanges.
- Contribute to store events, promotions and local marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for retail sales and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of visual presentation.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work the full 35-hour weekly schedule and the contract period.
- Professional demeanour appropriate to a branded retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required; experience in watches, jewelry or luxury goods is strongly preferred. Seasonal or fixed-term retail experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury retail is an asset.
